Alex Wolf is an interdisciplinary, award-winning strategist, design thinking facilitator, and systems thinker. As the founder of Realutopia , Alex empowers impact organizations, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs to address global challenges through strategic design and interdisciplinary collaboration. With over five years of experience in sustainability, research, and impact business, she has worked with more than 100 visionary leaders across diverse sectors, including PwC, Porsche, Die ZEIT, and the German Chamber of Commerce. She has designed and facilitated numerous strategy and design thinking workshops, as well as immersive experiences. Applying a systemic lens, Alex works across fields, such as in journalism, academia, policy transformation, activism, and entrepreneurship.
